When you visit our websites, our server temporarily saves every access in a log file. The following data is recorded without any action on your part

  • the IP address of the requesting computer
  • the date and time of access
  • the name and URL of the retrieved file
  • the website from which the access was made
  • the operating system of your computer and the browser you are using
  • the country from which you accessed the site
  • the name of your internet access provider.

This data is collected and processed for the purpose of enabling the use of our websites (establishing a connection), ensuring system security and stability in the long term and for internal statistical purposes. The IP address is only analysed in the event of attacks on the network infrastructure of www.h2enjoy.com and for statistical purposes.

Cookies
Cookies help in many ways to make your visit to our websites easier, more pleasant and more meaningful. Cookies are small text files that are stored permanently or temporarily on your computer when you visit the websites. Cookies do not damage your computer's hard drive, nor do they transmit personal user data to us. You can deactivate cookies completely or partially in your browser settings at any time. If cookies are deactivated, you may no longer be able to use all the functions of the respective website.

Use of Instagram
Plug-ins from Instagram are integrated on our websites. The provider is Instagram Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. If you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the content of our pages to your Instagram profile by clicking on the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to associate your visit to our pages with your user account.

H2enjoy AG has no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Instagram. Further information can be found in Instagram's privacy policy at https://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy.

Use of Vimeo
Plug-ins from the Vimeo video portal of Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA are integrated on our websites. Each time you access a page that offers one or more Vimeo video clips, a direct connection is established between your browser and a Vimeo server in the USA. Information about your visit and your IP address is stored there. By interacting with the Vimeo plugins (e.g. clicking the start button), this information is also transmitted to Vimeo and stored there.

If you have a Vimeo user account and do not want Vimeo to collect data about you via our websites and link it to your member data stored with Vimeo, you must log out of Vimeo before visiting the websites. The privacy policy for Vimeo with more detailed information on the collection and use of your data by Vimeo can be found at https://vimeo.com/privacy.

In addition, Vimeo calls up the Google Analytics tracker via an iFrame in which the video is called up. This is Vimeo's own tracking, to which we have no access. You can prevent tracking by Google Analytics by using the deactivation tools that Google offers for some Internet browsers. Users can also prevent the collection of data generated by Google Analytics and related to their use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Our websites contain so-called embeddings of videos on Vimeo or videos from the Vimeo channels operated by us. However, these only enable the connection to Vimeo. If you would like information on the purpose and scope of data collection and use by Vimeo, as well as your rights and setting options for protection as a Vimeo customer, please refer to Vimeo's data protection information (https://vimeo.com/privacy).

Use of Google Analytics
Our websites use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the websites is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on our websites, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for the website operator and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
